This was sold by TeeFury which is sells tees for just one day but the artist is Harzack. He has the design in a RedBubble store but unfortunately not on a t-shirt. I couldn’t find a Twitter or Facebook page for him but you can message him through Design by Humans and ask him to add it to a tee for you. You might need to sign in to be able to message him.
